TwelveOath is designed as a local-first tool for small appointment-based businesses. The app helps you prepare and manage cancellation recovery information on your device.

Information we collect

TwelveOath does not require an account and does not operate a server for storing your app data. Information you enter into the app, such as customers, services, schedules, notes, and recovery candidates, is intended to be stored locally on your device.

Tracking and analytics

TwelveOath does not use third-party advertising trackers. The app is not designed to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Purchases

If the app is purchased through the App Store, Apple may process purchase-related information under Apple's own privacy policy and App Store terms. TwelveOath does not receive your full payment card details.

Messages and communication

If you use text generated by TwelveOath in another app, such as Messages, Mail, or a social app, that communication is handled by the app or service you choose to use.

Backups and device settings

Your device, iCloud, or backup settings may store app data depending on your system configuration. Those backups are controlled by Apple and your device settings.
